grab_image ( : Image : : )

Grab an image.

The operator grab_image grabs an image via the currently open framegrabber. The desired operational mode of the framegrabber as well as a suitable image area can be adjusted via the operator open_framegrabber.


Parameters

Image (output_object)
image -> object
Grabbed image.

Result

If a framegrabber is open the operator grab_image returns the value TRUE. Otherwise an exception is raised.
