Query of the current interpolation mode for greyvalue display.
get_part_style rturns the interpolation mode used for displaying an image part in the active window. An interpolation takes place, if the output window is larger than the image format or the image output format (see set_part). HORUS supports three interpolation modes:
0 no interpolation (low quality, very fast). 1 unweighted interpolation (average quality and computation time) 2 weighted interpolation (high quality, slow)The current mode can be changed with set_part_style.

get_part_style returns TRUE, if a window is active. Otherwise an exception is raised.
